Description
Why is walking barefoot good for your health?
The principle of foot reflexology therapy
- Every organ has an allocated reflex point on the feet (reflex point).
- If your body is in good health, your feet are warm and well supplied with blood.
- Special grips cause pain in the reflex zones which means that the allocated organ is in need of a treatment.
- The different materials of the ground in the barefoot park stimulate, massage and relax your foot reflex zones, stimulating your whole body.
Ideal for:
- Pain and disease of the spinal column, the joints and the muscles
- Headaches
- Changes in blood pressure
- Digestive tract disorders
- Kidney and bladder diseases
-
Respiratory diseases,
abdominal disorders - Period pains
- Increased susceptibility to infections and allergies
- especially for children.
The barefoot path is close to the thermal Bath Balinea (to the right of the entrance door).
The barefoot path can be used free of charge at any time.
Since it is situated in the natural part of the park we recommend to apply some mosquito repellent. In case of a critical weather situation you should not go to the barefoot path since there is for example the risk of falling branches during a storm.
