The Angelbach Experience of Nature Trail is an approximately 2.8 km long circular trail with adventure stations and information boards that are evenly distributed over the route. At the individual stations, knowledge and educational content on various forest topics are conveyed in a playful manner. In addition, a smartphone app serves as a support medium for the experience.
A very special tournament
In order to preserve the natural harmony of the forest, the animals and plants have reached an agreement that they have laid down in the forest code. For a certain time, 10 beech forest masters are chosen to protect the forest. In the beech forest championships, visitors to the forest decide which of the forest dwellers are allowed to take on this honorable task. Here they compete against each other in the “Waldmeister” and “Beech” camps in different competitions. At each competition, the respective winner may reveal a sign, the meaning of which only becomes clear when all competitions are completed. Because together these signs result in the composition of the selected beech forest masters and only then can the forest be preserved!
