A museum for Hungarian culture and the history of the first early repatriates from Pomáz.
The "Pomázer Heimatstube" in the district of Waldangelloch first grew up from a private collector's initiative. It was furnished with great effort, care, skill and historical knowledge with valuable exhibits from the earlier agricultural, domestic, commercial, cultural and religious life of the ethnic Germans from Pomáz / Hungary.
The Museum is now in the care of the "Pomázer Heimatverein" founded in 1985, which has developed into a local museum, also known as "Klein Pomáz". It has now become a popular meeting point for the preservation of the customs, traditions and culture of Pomázers from all over the world.
Nobody, whether old or young, will elude the magic. A conceptual bridge in memory of their ancestors is easily created.
The Pomáz local Museum is open every first Sunday of the month (May to October).
