Schau- und Edelbrennerei Alois Rottmar

In Kressbronn on Lake Constance, there has been a tradition of producing fine noble brandies from fruit for over 100 years. The Kressbronn distillery of Alois Rottmar can be visited in connection with the Brennerweg (distillery trail). The 14.2 km long path leads through the village out into the beautiful Kressbronn hinterland, past the six show distilleries of the Kressbronner Edelbrenner (noble distillers). They distill distillates of the highest quality and have subjected themselves to strict criteria, e.g. they use no additives and no sugar. Under the slogan: "Kressbronn brennt..." events on the subject of distilling take place once a week, alternating between the various distilleries.
