Since 1966, the Colle family has been a household name in Baden-Baden, bringing together young and old alike. The ice cream makers from northern Italy opened their first ice cream cafe Capri more than 50 years ago and have since continued the delicious tradition in four branches.

Claudio Colle, the second-generation managing director, has now completely switched the preparation to natural products. “Our philosophy is to offer the best ice quality at all times”, says Colle. For this purpose, only regional raw materials of the highest quality are used.
The hard-working employees of the ice cream factory ensure that guests have an enjoyable time.
