The Schneider’s Weinstube - wine tavern is a small cosy restaurant, which the owners often refer to as their “living room”.
Great emphasis is placed on certified meat from special local farmers and, of course, only freshly caught fish and fresh market vegetables from the region are on the table.
Regional and seasonal dishes are prepared with great creativity and the chef personally presents the daily special dishes at each table.
What would a wine tavern be without wine ?
At Schneider’s you will find a wide selection of excellent wines from renowned winemakers and wine cooperatives such as:
Bimmerle, Hügelheim, Fritz Wasmer, Heinemann etc.
The Wines presented are mostly from the region around Baden-Baden and Rebland, but also from the southern Palatinate, Markgräfler Land, Rheingau and Kaiserstuhl.
For lovers of the southern way of life, wines from Italy, Spain, France etc. are of course also available.
