The Danube is the focus of this beautiful and almost flat tour. Passing lakes and hydroelectric power plants and a landscape rich in art and culture, we reach Ehingen. Now we branch off into the beautiful Urdonautal and cycle via Blaubeuren back to Ulm. On the way we encounter the Schmiech, Ach and Blau rivers and pass through a landscape rich in rocks and caves, culminating in the Blautopf karst spring in Blaubeuren.
Train connections in Ulm, Ulm-Donautal and Erbach as well as in Ehingen, Allmendingen, Schmiechen, Schelklingen, Blaubeuren, Gerhausen, Herrlingen and Blaustein.
