The tour goes along the "Echaztal" until you reach Honau. At Honau the ascend onto the plateau of the Swabian Jura begins. The automobile museum Engstingen and the "Bauernhausmuseum" Ödenwaldstetten invite for a stop along the way. Just after Ödenwaldstetten you reach the highest point of the tour, called "Rosshäuptle". After Grossenzungen the tour takes you down into the valley of the "Zwiefalter Ach". From a distance you can already see the cathedral of Zwiefalten. From Zwiefalten you got connection to the routes R10 and R11 or, after a visit to the "Dobeltal", take the same route back to Reutlingen.
