Kreuzfelsen circular path

This varied hiking tour begins at trail entrance of the Geroldsau Waterfall at the Bütthof hiking parking lot. From there, the route follows Littersbachweg to Herrgottstannenweg. A steep incline leads to the Kreuzfelsen, an outcrop with a cross, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view, including three different castles. The route continues upwards to Büttertstrasse and then to the gorge-like Grobbachtal valley. From the Waldgaststätte Bütthof restaurant, which is a great place to take a break, the route leads past the waterfall back to the forest car park.
