Es ist mit hohen Besucheraufkommens an den Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu rechnen. Bitte besuchen Sie die Geroldsauer Wasserfälle unter der Wochen. Vielen Dank!
The path leads you through the wild and romantic "Grobbach" valley along side the little creek to the waterfalls of Geroldsau.
The hike starts at the Bütthof forest car park. From there, the trail leads through a wild and romantic valley with a shady jungle like forest to the Geroldsau waterfall.
This trail is particularly popular with children as the path of approximately 3 km leads over walkways and small bridges, and has no steep gradients.
Visitors have a very special experience in the months of May and June,
when the more than 100-year-old rhododendron blooms along the trail in
all its splendour of colours.
After this rather short walk the "Gasthaus Bütthof" offers the perfect location to rest, refresh and enjoy nature at its best.
