In the transitional phase after the Napoleonic reorganization of the areas on the right bank of the Rhine, for a short time from 1803 to 1806 Sinsheim was under the government of the Princes of Leiningen. They moved into their seat of government, i.e. the office building, which was in this two-story building from around 1800.
