The Swabian Albtrauf region, located between Stuttgart and Ulm, is not only a place of contrasting natural beauty with breath-taking cliffs, valleys, orchards and unique panoramic views. Moreover, it is home of haute cusine and traditional Schwabian dishes, the well-known Kräuterhaus Sanct Berhard in Bad Ditzenbach and the WMF factory outlet in Geislingen/Steige.

Description
Whether along the Albtrauf itself or with a clear view of it from afar – breath-taking observation points are always guaranteed. The more than 113 km long quality path and "Leading Quality Trail" Albtraufgänger leads through the beautiful Swabian Albtrauf adventure region. South of the Fils Valley, the Albaufstieg presents itself as a formative edge, which towers around 350 meters steeply out of the Alb foothills with the Wasserberg and the Fuchseck. The Albtrauf is much more than a landmark: here you can discover idyllic valleys, spectacular views, cultural landscapes, wildly romantic ruins, spirituality, and fine gourmet cuisine along the way. If you also want to get to know the Blue Wall, as the Albtrauf is also called, with all its facets, you have come to the right place.
